🌿 Nurturing Joy: A 6-Part Wellness Workshop Series 🌿
Join the SPHC Foundation for a free monthly wellness workshop series designed for adults ages 21 and older in Fairfax County and surrounding areas. Running from April through August at the WISH Center at Hybla Valley Community Center, this series is open to everyone, especially individuals and families looking for low-barrier mental health support and wellness tools.

Together, we’ll explore mental wellness through hands-on, engaging sessions. Activities include mindfulness painting, plant-making therapy, journaling, breathwork, and group reflection. All of this in a supportive, community-centered space!
