Wellness Workshop Series
What "Ready-Made" Really Means
When you book SPHC Foundation, here's what you get:
✓ Workshop already designed – Curriculum, flow, and activities are built and tested
✓ We come onsite – These are in-person workshops because we bring hands-on materials
✓ We bring everything – All supplies for a meaningful, engaging experience
✓ We facilitate it – People-centered guidance (not lectures)
✓ We handle setup and cleanup – Your team can focus on being present with participants
You provide the space and the people. We show up ready to go—and we leave your community with practical tools participants can use right away.
What we’ll need from you (simple): A room with tables/chairs, AV equipment (screen/projector + sound, as needed) and one staff point-person for day-of coordination.
Our Workshops
Community voices lead our work. Our ready-made 60-minute workshops are developed based on local community data and the needs communities tell us they have. We actively survey participants after every workshop to ensure we're adapting in real time and supporting community self-advocacy, learning, and health literacy.
Our ready-made structure means we're ready when the community calls. Our signature facilitation and energy makes every experience exclusively SPHC Foundation.
