At Smart Public Health Consulting (SPHC) Foundation, we strengthen communities by advancing health literacy. We do this through engaging events, meaningful partnerships, and accessible resources, equipping individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.
Founded in 2023, SPHC Foundation was created to bridge gaps in health education and support individuals and families on their health journeys. We offer community-centered programs focused on health literacy, nutrition, wellness, mental health, and healthy relationships. Our initiatives include workshops on healthcare navigation, nutrition, mental health, and STI prevention, all designed to improve health outcomes and help people make informed decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
We envision a world where everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can confidently navigate their health journey.
The SPHC Foundation is fiscally sponsored by the Greater Washington Community Foundation, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible.
